grazing tables

Our grazing tables are thoughtfully designed to be as stunning as they are satisfying—an edible centerpiece that brings people together. Each table is hand-crafted with seasonal, high-quality ingredients chosen at their peak for flavor, color, and freshness.

We source locally whenever possible, curating a rotating selection based on what’s in season and what’s best on the market. From creamy, aged cheeses and artisan-cured meats to vibrant fruits, crisp vegetables, and crackers, every element is chosen with care. You’ll also find an array of house-made dips, a charming relish tray, sweet bites, and delicate garnishes—layered to create depth, texture, and beauty.

Whether you're celebrating under twinkle lights in your backyard or hosting an elegant reception in a grand venue, our tables are designed to elevate the experience and create lasting memories.

Every event is unique—and so is every table we create. Whether you're hosting a light afternoon gathering or an evening celebration that calls for a heartier spread, we offer two thoughtfully portioned options:

Grazing Size – Perfect for mingling and light snacking, this option offers a generous sampling of meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments to whet the appetite without replacing a full meal.

Meal Size – Designed to satisfy, this option features larger portions and a more robust selection of items to ensure your guests leave full and happy. Ideal for events where the grazing table serves as the main course.

Whichever you choose, we’ll make sure it’s beautiful, abundant, and tailored to your gathering!

For detailed pricing, please fill out the form below. Our grazing tables typically range from $11-$22/person, depending on the guest count and grazing vs meal size.

Wild Grace & Honey staff will arrive 1–2 hours before your event to complete the setup. We’ll bring butcher paper to line the table, but please note we can’t guarantee any underlying tablecloths will remain clean.

We are not responsible for any leftover food after the event.

If table attendants are not included, our team will return for pickup at the time agreed upon with the client. A $25 late fee will apply if the client is not ready at the scheduled time.

To ensure a smooth setup, clients must provide table dimensions and a photo of the event space in advance.

For best results, we recommend indoor, air-conditioned spaces. Outdoor setups can present challenges such as food temperature regulation and insect control. If you choose an outdoor location, please plan accordingly.
