Policies & procedures
At Wild Grace & Honey, we value transparency and want every event to feel effortless, beautiful, and stress-free. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking your event.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Your event is not considered booked until this deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due one week before the event. (Unless specifically stated.)
Payment of the deposit serves as confirmation that you have reviewed and agreed to all terms and conditions listed on this page.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible within reason.
Cancellations made 3 or more full weeks before the event: Eligible for a full refund (minus payment processing fees).
Cancellations made 1–3 full weeks before the event: Eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made within 1 week of the event: Non-refundable.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
Please note that processing fees are non-refundable, as our merchant provider does not return these fees.
Rescheduling
We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling requests up to two full weeks before your event, pending availability.
After that window, we cannot guarantee rescheduling options.
Setup & Equipment
Our team will arrive 1–2 hours before your event to set up your grazing table or display.
We provide:
Display pieces, boards, and serving utensils
Napkins, plates, and toothpicks
Butcher paper to line the display table
Please ensure your table is clean and ready for setup. A 4–8 ft table is typically ideal. We do not provide tablecloths, but we’re happy to work with any you provide to complement your event’s color palette.
If a pickup is scheduled, please have all display items ready at the agreed time. A $25 late fee may apply if the space or materials are not ready upon our arrival.
Please note that we do not supply extra plates, utensils, or napkins for food or desserts provided by other vendors (such as wedding cake or catering trays).
Food Handling
To ensure the highest standards of quality and safety, Wild Grace & Honey does not serve or display food from other vendors (such as cakes, catering trays, or outside desserts).
Please note that we do not supply extra plates, utensils, or napkins for food or desserts provided by other vendors (such as wedding cake or catering trays).
We are not responsible for any leftover food after the event.
Allergies & sensitivities
We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs whenever possible! Please share any allergies or sensitivities when booking so we can plan accordingly. While we take great care in food handling, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and are not liable for allergic reactions.
Damages
Clients are responsible for any loss or damage to Wild Grace & Honey property, including boards, platters, décor, or serving items.
Replacement or repair costs will be invoiced as necessary.
Outdoor Events
Outdoor grazing tables can be beautiful, but may present challenges such as temperature control and insects. We recommend indoor or shaded, temperature-controlled environments whenever possible.
Wild Grace & Honey is not responsible for environmental factors affecting outdoor displays.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Wild Grace & Honey policies and procedures.
